It is important for school personnel to know how to access the right support, and who the people are who are best placed to support specific issues.

ePlan Support Model

There will be times when you need support in using the data displayed in ePlan.

Asking questions at your school level about the nature of the query helps direct you to the right people to support you.

You might have educational questions around:

  • Interpreting data

  • Using data to drive teaching/school improvement

  • Identifying at-risk students

  • Assessing the effectiveness of programs/initiatives

These issues may be addressed at the school level or may require the support of CEV Education Services personnel.

Alternatively, you may need technical support when something does not appear as it should. These questions could be regarding:

  • A broken link

  • A missing report

  • Missing student data

  • Logging in from ePortal
