eSIS Outage – 03/01/2024 to 08/01/2024
eFIN Outage – 22/12/2023 to 05/01/2024
Transactions should not occur in all applications until the 09/01/2024 when we can ensure that data will be able to transfer between the applications.
End of Year (2023/ 2024) resources for ICON Schools.
eSIS End of Year Student Rollover activities and Fee Generation processes for MACS primary schools will be supported again in 2023/ 2024 by ICON Support Teams.
EOY processes have changed for MACS Shared Services schools. December quarter-end closes, cut-offs, and central audits now covers the activities.
Non-MACS Shared Services Schools
All other ICON (non-MACS Shared Services) schools can access the Guides for eFIN and eHR/ Payroll EOY via the table above.
eHR – Recommended to process payrolls in advance to accommodate for eFIN outage – Refer to checklist for either F1 or F2 schools
eFIN/eSIS – Ensure all postings are closed off before close of Business in December 2023
eFIN – Upon return in 2024, all December transactions are to be completed first. Invoicing, Receipting, December Bank Reconciliation and BAS preparation and submission.
MACS Secondary Schools Support
30-minute 'Check-in' Forums will be held on a Wednesday for school staff overseeing the EOY processes.
Refer to the dates and times on the right. Staff who registered for the EOY Overview will receive a calendar invite and link to the session.
