ICON eAdmin
ICON eAdmin will provide all Catholic schools in Victoria with applications to manage human resources, finances and management of student data. The data in these applications is the foundation of ICON.
eAdmin will be used by all Catholic schools making it easy for them to record, report and meet their compliance requirements of student and financial data. As part of the eAdmin suite of applications, other systems have been implemented to allow for records and information to follow a student when they change schools and allows for a seamless reporting to the four Victorian Catholic education offices. Staff will be able to access and manage their personal details, leave requests and pay information online.

eFIN
eFIN is the application which records and reports the financial position of the schools. It is a sophisticated enterprise finance system that has the CECV finance guidelines built into its workflows. It is a system of governance and compliance ensuring schools meet requirements for Australian Charities Not For Profit Commission (ACNC) and Catholic Education Commission of Victoria (CECV).
Workflows requiring approvals have built-in processes for Principals and other delegated staff.
eHR
eHR provides a comprehensive human resources management system that includes payroll. The payroll function has built-in compliance and is capable of handling the complexity of awards within the Education Sector.
Staff will be able to manage their own bank and personal details, manage their leave and view pay-slips via Employee Self Service.
eSIS
eSIS is the Student Information System application that centres on activities relating to enrolment, managing the student life-cycle, invoicing and charge reductions, as well as reporting functions. In addition, the application handles the accounts receivable function of the school.
