Fixes for common ePlan PFS Issues

Critical Errors

1. Campus Entry is invalid: MCEETYA code missing.

To fix this issue, you will need to find your school’s MCEETYA code and then go to eSIS, click on the SYSTEM tile and select Lookup Table Maintenance. Find the lookup table luCampus. Scroll across to the right until you find the column MCEETYASchoolCode and add the code in this column.

2. Staff CNumber Invalid

If your school has staff members who are missing C Numbers, these will need to be added to eHR > Employees > Reference ID.

Non-Critical Errors

1. Parent Religion Code invalid

Fix: eSIS > Community > Other

2. Past Staff CNumber invalid

Fix: eHR > Employees > Reference ID

3. Past Staff CNumber invalid

Fix: eHR > Employees > Reference ID

4. Student Emergency contact invalid

Fix: eSIS > Students > Current Student Maintenance > Contacts

5. Student emergency contact method of contact invalid

Fix: eSIS > Students > Current Student Maintenance > Contacts

6. Past Student VSN invalid

Fix: eSIS > Develop > Past Student Maintenance > Codes
